The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating during my stay, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. I just loved the rooftop restaurant with its stunning views, and the pool area was lovely for relaxation.

casa del m phuket, newly renovated offers a lovely atmosphere with spacious rooms and a fantastic pool area. the king-size room with pool access was a highlight. the location is central, making it easy to explore. i truly appreciated the excellent service from the receptionist who upgraded our room without a request.

The pool area has a nice vibe, especially with the views of the area, making it a decent spot for relaxation. The newly renovated interiors in the rooms showcase a modern design that enhances the overall aesthetic of the hotel.

The Wi-Fi is unreliable—either disconnecting frequently or operating at a snail's pace. The bathroom water quality was alarming. it emerged brown and sandy in both the jacuzzi and shower, making it less than desirable for a refreshing rinse. On top of that, there was a security deposit debacle at checkout concerning missing items like slippers, which turned out to be unnecessarily complicated due to a language barrier. Navigating to the main attractions was a trek, and though the shuttle helped, it's still a bit of a hike.

The location was convenient for exploring Patong, and the spacious pool area provided a lovely spot to unwind after a day's adventures.

Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent, with language barriers complicating the check-in process and leading to misunderstandings that dampened our stay.

The hotel boldly claims to have a kids club—what a joke, as it didn’t exist! The staff's English was laughably poor, and I had to wait an eternity for service. I was really hoping for a complimentary gesture to make up for this utter disappointment, yet that didn't happen. Almost a good review, but not quite.

Loved the spacious and modern setup! Super friendly staff, especially Singh and Krups, who made our experience extra special. Only downside was the breakfast options—could use more variety.

The walk to the hotel from the main road can be a bit steep.

The location is convenient, being close to the main area and beach. The rooms are clean and feature a big balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The swimming pool is wonderful and great for relaxing with friends.
